We are looking for an experienced Marketing Team Lead to join our team at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) in the German market. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth across our brands.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-channel marketing, with expertise in social, digital, PPC, CRM, and print. They will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and reporting on campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Report on campaign effectiveness and provide insights for future improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in multi-channel marketing, specifically in the German healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and social media platforms.

Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
