Corporate Sustainability Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sustainability Manager to join our team at Daiichi Sankyo Europe. As a key member of our sustainability department, you will play a crucial role in implementing and expanding our ESG projects to achieve our global sustainability vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ESG strategies and projects to achieve our sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of ESG projects.
- Conduct benchmarks in the sustainability area, evaluate and analyze the results, and identify emerging trends.
- Proactively seek creative solutions to potential issues and drive the sustainability agenda forward.
- Work in a virtual matrix organization with stakeholders at various levels, including local, regional, corporate, and global colleagues.
Requirements:
- University degree in sustainability, business administration, social sciences, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of proven professional experience in sustainability and ESG management, preferably in an international group setup.
- Strong strategic thinking and project management skills, with experience in a cross-functional role.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, good comprehension, and a structured way of working, with a high degree of initiative and service mentality.
- Proven interdisciplinary work ability and team orientation, as well as a sense of responsibility, high commitment, and willingness to occasional travel.
- Excellent MS Office skills and English language proficiency.
