Job Title: Corporate Sustainability & ESG Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sustainability & ESG Manager to join our team in Munich, Germany. As a key member of our sustainability department, you will play a crucial role in implementing and expanding our ESG projects to achieve our global sustainability vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ESG strategies and projects to achieve our sustainability goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of ESG initiatives
  • Conduct benchmarking and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Proactively identify and address potential sustainability risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and external partners

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in sustainability, business administration, or a related field
  • 5-6 years of experience in sustainability and ESG management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Strong knowledge of current and upcoming sustainability requirements, including CSRD and EU Taxonomy
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, with a high degree of initiative and service mentality
