Architectural Designer for Retail Projects

EDEKA-MIHA Immobilien-Service GmbH is seeking a skilled and motivated Bauzeichnerin Hochbauplanung Bereich Einzelhandel to contribute to our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in the planning and design of exciting new construction and renovation projects within the retail sector, specifically focusing on supermarkets and mixed-use buildings.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop comprehensive planning documents, including detailed drawings, visualizations, and presentations.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our construction planning department by sharing your expertise and insights.
Your Profile:
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Demonstrate experience within the retail industry, preferably in construction planning.
  • Exhibit proficiency in CAD software and MS Office Suite. Experience with Revit and Lumion is highly advantageous.
  • Possess strong technical, design, planning, and organizational skills.
