Architectural Designer for Retail Projects

EDEKA-MIHA Immobilien-Service GmbH is seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Designer to contribute to our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in the planning and development of exciting new construction and renovation projects within the retail sector, specifically focusing on supermarkets and mixed-use buildings.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Creating comprehensive planning documents such as detailed drawings, visualizations, and presentations.
  • Contributing to the growth and development of our construction planning department through your expertise and insights.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Experience within the retail industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office Suite. Experience with Revit and Lumion would be an asset.
  • Strong technical, design, planning, and organizational skills.
