We are seeking a skilled Bauzeichnerin to join our team at EDEKA-MIHA Immobilien-Service GmbH. As a Bauzeichnerin, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of our company's building plans and projects.

• Develop and implement building plans and projects in the LPH 1-4 HOAI range
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
• Prepare and present plan-related documents, including plans, visualizations, and presentations
• Contribute to the development of innovative and forward-thinking concepts for our company's building projects
• Collaborate with our team to identify and address technical and building-related issues

• Successful completion of a Bauzeichner training program with relevant work experience
• Proven experience in the retail industry, preferably in a similar role
• Excellent CAD and MS Office skills, with experience in Revit and Lumion a plus
• Strong technical, planning, and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
