Quality Assurance Specialist Stuttgart

Position Overview:
The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the overall quality of products across various sales points.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular evaluations and analyses of kiosks, proposing actionable plans and ensuring their implementation.
- Engage in the development and execution of cross-national quality initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate closely with the Quality Department, reporting directly to the Quality Manager.
- Maintain relationships with kiosks, partners, and external auditing bodies.
- Manage and schedule weekly and monthly audits to achieve a unified goal.
- Complete audit reports using the designated application.
- Travel across the country to conduct audits, with occasional trips across Europe.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Achieve an 85% pass rate on hygiene and concept evaluations.
Training and Support:
- Assist in the formulation and execution of action plans to implement the food safety strategy established by the Quality Department.
- Provide field support and training to local teams, focusing on quality issues related to hygiene and food safety.
- Deliver both theoretical and practical food safety training to kiosk staff and management.
- Foster meaningful business relationships with kiosk personnel.
Compliance and Analysis:
- Analyze inspection results and conduct microbiological assessments.
- Address non-compliance issues and customer complaints to uphold food safety standards.
- Participate in internal review meetings to discuss food safety and quality matters.
- Represent the organization in dealings with third parties, including auditors and food safety authorities.
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of key measuring devices.
- Stay updated on industry developments regarding food safety regulations and technologies.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of acceptable standards for ingredient purchasing, hygiene equipment, and dress code.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role within the food and beverage, hospitality, or food production sectors.
- Willingness to travel nationwide for audits.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a food safety-related field.
- Familiarity with HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety legislation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills being a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the capacity to think creatively.
- Ability to assert oneself when faced with challenges.
- Knowledge of Asian culture and cuisine is advantageous.
