About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at YiDa Business Consulting & Translation Services. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts for BMW, driving business development, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage key accounts for BMW, including handling incoming requests, checking request documents, and allocating tasks internally
  • Collaborate with the Technical Development department at BMW to clarify technical details and open topics
  • Prepare and submit requests for equipment suppliers, and negotiate prices with customers
  • Supervise the ordering system, create invoices, and track incoming payments or outstanding claims
  • Support the project team on critical issues and conduct escalation meetings as needed
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training or studies in a technical or commercial field
  • Good knowledge of auto exterior/metal and sales of technical products
  • Minimum of three years professional experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in German and English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivery dates
