Guest Services Representative

We are on the lookout for a committed Guest Services Representative to become a part of our team at 'Fourty Three Luxury Serviced Apartments'. In this position, you will be instrumental in crafting unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and farewell guests with warmth and friendliness
  • Oversee the check-in and check-out procedures
  • Assign rooms to guests
  • Ensure precise billing
  • Manage incoming calls and bookings
  • Communicate with guests in both German and English
  • Handle hotel cash transactions
  • Professionally resolve guest complaints
  • Work autonomously during morning, evening, and night shifts
Required Qualifications

We are seeking individuals with a background in hospitality, such as Hotel Management or similar fields. Prior experience in hotel operations is advantageous, but we also welcome individuals transitioning careers who have a passion for guest relations.

The ideal candidate is sociable, self-assured, and capable of engaging with guests from diverse backgrounds.
