People Operations Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our EMEA team as a People Operations Specialist. This role will be responsible for delivering core HR services, processes, and programs, including onboarding, employee engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations, as well as experience working with workers councils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to Sales, Service, and Support teams.
  • Work closely with the German Works Council to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Advise on labor law regulations and guide leaders through conflict handling and grievances.
  • Partner with COEs to deliver HR initiatives and projects.
  • Support employee onboarding and exits, as well as provide coaching and guidance to managers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience in a European environment.
  • Strong relationships and partnership skills with internal customers and peers.
  • Knowledge of compensation, local and EMEA labor law, and HR investigations.
  • Experience working with workers councils in country.
