**Job Description**

We are seeking a Service Technician (m/w/d) Inhouse for our well-known customer in Haar. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • **First Point of Contact**: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • **System Documentation**: Create and maintain all system documentation for customer complaints and repairs.
  • **Reclamation Evaluation**: Evaluate customer complaints and determine the necessary course of action.
  • **Repair Execution**: Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
  • **8D Report**: Assist in the preparation of 8D reports for customer complaints.
  • **Test Equipment**: Create and maintain test equipment for customer use.
  • **Manufacturing**: Perform individual manufacturing and production tasks as required.
  • **Safety Protocols**: Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and guidelines.
  • **Support**: Provide support for customer requests in the areas of fire protection and fire alarm systems.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: Completed vocational training in the field of telecommunications technology, electronics, electrical engineering, or mechatronics.
  • **Experience**: Previous experience as a Service Technician or Inhouse Technician.
  • **Programming Skills**: Knowledge of programming languages for systems and controls.
  • **Innovation**: Enthusiasm for innovative system design.
  • **Language Skills**: Good English language skills for communication with international customers.
  • **Autonomy**: Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
  • **Teamwork**: Strong teamwork and flexibility skills.
