Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team at a well-established client in Haar. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic organization while utilizing your technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and effective solutions for customer complaints and repair requests.
- Create comprehensive documentation for all service activities, including repairs and troubleshooting steps.
- Analyze customer issues to determine the root cause and develop appropriate repair strategies.
- Execute repairs and maintenance tasks according to industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with engineers to identify potential product defects and contribute to improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement test systems to ensure product quality and functionality.
- Fabricate sample parts and prototypes as required for testing and development purposes.
- Adhere to all relevant safety guidelines and regulations.
- Install fire extinguishing and detection systems based on customer specifications.
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training in telecommunications, electronics, electrical engineering, or mechatronics.
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or Commissioning Engineer.
- Proficiency in programming systems and controls.
- Passion for innovative system design and implementation.
- Excellent English language skills for effective communication with international clients.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility and commitment.
- Strong team player with flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
