About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Fleet Operations Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our fleet operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, compliance, and availability of our fleet in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the health and safety of our fleet, ensuring vehicles are roadworthy and compliant with local regulations.
  • Support product and program launches in Germany, leveraging your operational knowledge and understanding of local markets.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to solve operational needs, demonstrating negotiation and influence skills.
  • Manage vehicle availability in Germany, balancing trade-offs between cost, quality, and speed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • A degree
  • High proficiency in English and German
  • Experience in logistics or operations
  • Experience influencing and interacting with cross-functional teams
  • Experience developing strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to travel across Germany 20-30% of the time
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Masters degree or MBA
  • Fleet Management experience
  • Background in mobility services
