Fleet Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Operations Manager to join our team at Willma Technologies.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for scaling our network of external partners and optimizing the efficiency of our fleet partners. This includes managing daily outbound shipments, building and monitoring performance management of fleet partners, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily outbound shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet partners and internal stakeholders
- Develop and implement performance management strategies to optimize fleet partner efficiency
- Identify and drive special projects to improve logistics operations
- Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes to enhance overall efficiency
- Proven experience in international shipping and/or logistics
- Strong data-driven approach to performance management
- Experience with direct delivery and e-commerce logistics is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in German and English
