Sales & Network Specialist (m/f/d) with Dutch or Flemish

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Network Specialist (m/f/d) with native-level Dutch or Flemish language skills to join our Customer Care Centre in Cologne or Dietzenbach, Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to customers and prospects via phone, email, or chat, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Document all inquiries through Salesforce according to company guidelines.
  • Promote positive customer relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop innovative approaches to resolving customer concerns and collaborate with local departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Native-level Dutch or Flemish language skills (C2).
  • Good knowledge of English (B2).
  • Commercial studies or relevant experience.
  • Independent work style and passion for problem-solving.

Work Regulations and Location:

  • Full-time: 40 hours/week.
  • Monday to Friday in 2 shifts between 8:00 – 20:00 hours and Saturday from 9:00 – 15:00 hours.
  • Temporary contract for 18 months (with the possibility of extension).
  • Location: Cologne or Dietzenbach, Germany.
