Our portfolio includes successful companies like Odoo, Believe Digital, and Ledger.
Within XAnge, the Startup Success Team designs programs and resources to help Founders or Key executives in their daily challenges, such as recruiting for highly technical and key positions.
As a (Senior) Product Manager, you will work directly with our Chief Product Officer (CPO) to bring our product vision to life: transforming residential buildings into auto-optimizing, CO2-neutral assets.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CPO to define goals, milestones, and strategies, reporting directly to them.
- Assist in building a top-tier customer-centric product management department with designers and product managers.
- Lead product teams and communicate across departments to engage all stakeholders in developing customer-centric solutions.
- Plan and implement product roadmaps and associated Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Validate new product ideas, further develop existing solutions, and take responsibility for market success.
- Manage and optimize product development across cross-functional teams to realize our shared vision.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in product management, ideally in the energy sector.
- Experience with software products, preferably Software as a Service (SaaS).
- Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a focus on outcomes.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, features, and initiatives clearly, and make decisions confidently.
- A hands-on mentality with a track record of successfully bringing products from idea to market or scaling them.
- Proficiency with data and experience in customer-centric (agile) product development.
- Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level).
