promiseQ GmbH is a pioneering startup from Germany, dedicated to revolutionizing the monitoring center as a service industry. As a fully remote team distributed worldwide, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team.

This role requires a proactive, strategic individual with extensive experience in handling B2B SaaS products in the AI field, particularly at early-stage startups. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing products from MVPs to mature, serial product offerings, demonstrating a keen ability to innovate and execute in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the CEO and CTO to develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap for our AI-driven video intelligence solutions.
  • Work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to deliver products that meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.
  • Define product vision and gather and prioritize requirements from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept through development, go-to-market, and iteration.
  • Reverse engineer real customer requirements from existing MVPs and help restructure features, functions, and components.
  • Drive product launches in collaboration with marketing, sales, and support teams.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive conditions, positioning the products appropriately.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager for at least 3 years, with a focus on B2B SaaS and AI products.
  • Experience working in early-stage startups, from MVP development to scaling products.
  • Excellent command of the German and English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a strong technical aptitude.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, ability to adapt and collaborate in a remote setting with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make compelling product decisions.
  • Experience with Gitlab and Notion for project management.
