Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Process Development: Develop and implement new logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate logistics contracts with service providers to ensure optimal pricing and service levels.
  • Capacity Management: Manage capacity bottlenecks in our transport and storage network to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Several years of relevant professional experience in logistics or a dynamic startup environment.
  • Leadership Experience: Initial leadership experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with internal and external partners at all hierarchical levels.
  • Language Skills: German at C1 level, English at least at B2 level.
