Logistics Controlling Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Controlling Team Lead to join our team at AUTO1 Group. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for controlling the cost of our logistics spending and leading the coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control and manage logistics costs to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure logistics performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement new technologies
  • Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools
