Logistics Management Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Management Team Lead to elevate our transportation and storage network in Germany to the next level. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing new logistics processes and implementing them in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Onboard new service providers and enhance in-house capacities to meet growing demands.
  • Negotiate logistics contracts to secure favorable terms.
  • Manage day-to-day logistics for our brands across the entire German market.
  • Address capacity bottlenecks in our transport and storage network.
  • Lead and develop your team members to achieve our ambitious goals.
Requirements
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in logistics or a dynamic startup environment.
  • Initial leadership experience and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external partners at all hierarchical levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational and tactical challenges under time pressure.
  • German at C1 level, English at least at B2 level.
