Product Marketing Specialist

At Alstom, we're shaping the future of rail mobility with our diverse portfolio of high-speed trains, metros, monorails, and trams. Our team of 2,100 colleagues from 46 countries, including 800 engineers, is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our customers.
We're looking for a Product Marketing & Bids Services Drives (f/m/d) to join our team in Hennigsdorf. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for client engagement and sales activities, including autonomous negotiations and the creation of tailored offers and contracts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Client engagement and sales activities both internally and externally
- Creation and monitoring of offers and contracts
- Observation of market and competitor activities
- Independent development of sales strategies for select customers
- Sales and budget planning
- Acting as the interface between the customer and internal departments/key accounts
- Project management: ensuring professional handover and/or independent project execution
We value passion and attitude over experience. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A technical or business degree, or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in a technical-commercial interface role
- Experience in services, after-sales, and/or maintenance business
- Strong customer and service orientation, negotiation skills, and confident demeanor
- Determination and flexibility, pronounced coordination and organizational skills, and high team competency
- Proficient in both German and English
