Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Production Shift Supervisor to oversee our operational processes and ensure the smooth running of production shifts at Siegsdorfer Petrusquelle GmbH.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily shift operations to maintain productivity.
- Control and adjust the pasteurization system's temperature, ensuring product quality during transitions.
- Operate and monitor filling machinery, ensuring efficiency and compliance with standards.
- Oversee the filling process for natural mineral water and sweet products, maintaining high quality.
- Prepare for production based on the established plan, including setup and operation of the filling line.
- Act as a liaison with the technical team in case of equipment malfunctions, assisting in troubleshooting efforts.
- Conduct inspections, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment, performing minor repairs as necessary.
- Ensure proper documentation of production lines is maintained.
- Facilitate product changes and format adjustments on the filling line.
- Implement and uphold quality guidelines, particularly those related to HACCP and Food Defense.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training, preferably in a technical or food-related discipline.
- Extensive experience in food production environments is advantageous.
- A forklift license is a plus.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of production processes.
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility, teamwork, and a proactive work ethic.
