Production Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Shift Leader to join our team at Siegsdorfer Petrusquelle GmbH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the production process, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the production process, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards.
• Operate, control, and adjust the temperature at the pasteurization plant and perform product changes at the KZE.
• Operate and control the filling machines.
• Be responsible for the filling process of natural mineral water and sweet products.
• Prepare for work based on the production plan, operate, and load the filling line, and drive the machine.
• In the event of a malfunction, inform the technical department and independently resolve minor issues or support colleagues in the technical department.
• Control, maintain, clean, and perform minor repairs on equipment, as well as participate in larger maintenance work and material controls in accordance with specifications and guidelines.
• Keep a proper line documentation.
• Perform product changes and format changes on the filling line.
• Practice quality guidelines, particularly the existing HACCP system and food defense guidelines.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

• A completed vocational training, preferably in a technical or food technology field.
• Multiple years of work experience, preferably in production in a food company.
• A valid driver's license for forklifts (stapler's license).
• Technical understanding.
• Responsibility, willingness to act, team skills, and forward-looking working style.
