Production Shift Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Shift Leader to join our team at Siegsdorfer Petrusquelle GmbH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the production process, ensuring the highest quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the production process, including scheduling, planning, and execution
• Supervise and train production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
• Monitor and control the production process to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations
• Develop and maintain a culture of safety and quality within the production team
• Perform other duties as required to support the production team

Requirements

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise technische oder lebensmitteltechnische Ausbildung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Produktion eines Lebensmittelbetriebs
• Gegebenenfalls Führerschein für Flurförderfahrzeuge (Staplerschein)
• Technisches Verständnis
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise
