About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Alstom in Siegen. As a Project Manager Bogies, you will be responsible for contributing to the successful execution of train projects and managing newbuild bogie projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multidisciplinary project core teams in cross-site and international teams within the global Alstom network
  • Identify, prioritize, control, and perform critical project items, risks, and savings
  • Communicate project status, progress, and trends to management, functions, and customers
  • Harmonize and perform action plans to secure project QCD targets
  • Pro-actively contribute to resolution activities to optimize overall target achievement
About You

We value passion and attitude over experience. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
  • Work experience with industrial products, ideally in the Railway sector with strong project management skills
  • Analytic approach along with a hands-on way to manage for solutions and reach QCD commitments
  • Teamplayer & Teamleader with spirit and ability to work across sites/functions in a multi-cultural environment
  • Very good communication- and moderation skills along with professional planning and presentation skills
