Sales and Project Management Specialist

K&K Handelsgesellschaft mbH is a forward-thinking enterprise in the automotive industry, recognized for its premium offerings and innovative strategies. We are currently in search of a dedicated Product and Sales Manager to contribute to our objectives, available in both full-time and part-time capacities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage and respond to customer inquiries
  • Oversee order processing and liaise with suppliers and service providers
  • Compile business analyses, reports, and statistical data
  • Engage with and provide guidance to (international) new clients
  • Analyze market trends and identify new sales opportunities
  • Enhance and maintain our ERP, CRM, and route planning systems
  • Occasional travel for business and participation in trade fairs and events at both national and international levels
  • Design and implement marketing and sales initiatives
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree, certification, or equivalent in a business or technical discipline
  • Previous sales experience or openness to a career transition
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel; IT skills are advantageous
  • Quick to learn with the ability to understand new concepts
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • Enjoy engaging with customers via phone
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a focus on results
  • Fluent in German and one of the following languages: English, French, or an Eastern European language
