Sales and Project Management Specialist

K&K Handelsgesellschaft mbH is a vibrant player in the automotive industry, recognized for its premium offerings and forward-thinking strategies. We are in search of a dedicated Product and Sales Manager to enhance our operations, available for both full-time and part-time engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage and respond to customer inquiries
  • Oversee order processing and liaise with suppliers and service providers
  • Conduct business analyses, generate reports, and compile statistics
  • Engage with and provide guidance to new (international) clients
  • Analyze market trends and identify new sales opportunities
  • Enhance and maintain our ERP, CRM, and route planning systems
  • Occasional travel for business and participation in trade fairs and events on a national and international scale
  • Design and implement marketing and sales initiatives
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree, certification, or equivalent experience in a business or technical discipline
  • Previous sales experience or openness to a career transition
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel; IT skills are advantageous
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • Enjoyment in engaging with customers via phone
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a focus on results
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in one of the following languages: English, French, or an Eastern European language
