Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product and Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, negotiating with suppliers, and developing business strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
    • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate with potential customers
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and delivery terms
    • Manage the logistics and transportation of products
  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
    • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and services
    • Manage sales teams and provide guidance on sales strategies
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Knowledge of the automotive sector and industry trends
    • Fluent in German and English
