Senior Marketing and Communications Director

As a Senior Marketing and Communications Manager at PartsCloud GmbH, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our marketing strategy, driving business growth through creative campaigns, and shaping our brand identity. This is a hands-on role that requires collaboration with leadership and sales teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable success.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals, focusing on inbound marketing to drive organic engagement. Collaborate with external experts as needed.
- Content Creation: Craft compelling narratives through case studies, white papers, and success stories that highlight our impact. Create high-quality presentations and sales materials to drive conversions and empower the sales team.
- Event Marketing: Lead event marketing by organizing 2-3 standout events annually, ensuring flawless execution. Build partner marketing initiatives that create mutually beneficial relationships and boost market presence.
- Brand Management: Shape and lead our brand identity by overseeing the launch of our new website, ensuring visual and tonal consistency. Help build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
- Challenge Management: Bring consistency to our brand and messaging, even with current uncertainties. Establish our presence across key channels, delivering high-quality, targeted communication that resonates with our discerning audience.
