About the Role

As our Senior Marketing and Communications Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the full marketing strategy, from creative concept to execution. You'll work closely with our CEO and sales team to turn insights into actionable campaigns, focusing on inbound marketing to drive organic engagement. While paid campaigns aren't the priority yet, you'll collaborate with external experts as needed.

You'll also be tasked with crafting compelling narratives through case studies, white papers, and success stories that highlight our impact, while creating high-quality presentations and sales materials to drive conversions and empower the sales team. Additionally, you'll lead event marketing by organizing 2-3 standout events annually and ensuring flawless execution, building partner marketing initiatives that create mutually beneficial relationships and boost market presence.

As a Senior Marketing and Communications Manager, you'll shape and lead our brand identity by overseeing the launch of our new website, ensuring visual and tonal consistency. You'll also help build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, aiming to establish us as an industry thought leader by the end of next year.

We're looking for someone who combines creative vision with hands-on execution, thrives on turning big ideas into engaging content and memorable events, and aligns marketing with business goals alongside leadership and sales. Expected Salary

€80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience.
