About This Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team at PartsCloud GmbH. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing and communications strategy, driving business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of our marketing and communications strategy, aligning with our business goals and objectives.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to ensure seamless alignment and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Manage our marketing budget, ensuring effective ROI and strategic use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in senior marketing and communications roles, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners.
  • Fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
