IT Support Engineer and Application Developer

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT Support Engineer und Application Developer, der sich in unserer internationalen IT-Abteilung einbringen möchte. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie mit der Pflege des Client- und Server-Netzwerks vertraut sein und direkt mit unseren Mitarbeitern in Kontakt treten.

Was Sie tun werden
  • Das Client- und Server-Netzwerk pflegen und sicherstellen, dass alle Systeme reibungslos funktionieren.
  • Als direkte Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeiter sind Sie für das User-Helpdesk zuständig und verwalten die Endanwender-Hardware und das Telefonsystem.
  • Als Application Developer sind Sie mit der Pflege und Aktualisierung unserer eigens entwickelten Anwendungen vertraut und verfolgen aktuelle Entwicklungen im Bereich der künstlichen Intelligenz.
  • Im Rahmen unserer Legal-Tech-Initiative programmieren Sie neue Anwendungen und treiben die Automatisierungen voran.
  • Die Systemdokumentation aktualisieren und sicherstellen, dass alle Informationen aktuell sind.
Was wir von Ihnen erwarten
  • Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemelektroniker oder Informatikkaufmann mit abgeschlossener Ausbildung.
  • Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position.
  • Fundierte Hardware- und Netzwerkkenntnisse und Vertrautheit mit aktuellen Windows-Betriebssystemen (Windows 10/11) sowie Microsoft Office 365.
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Power Automate, PHP, Active Directory und Javascript.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
