Data Management Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our project management activities as a Data Management Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our cross-functional and international project team to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project management activities, including project reporting, scheduling, and communications
  • Generate reports on sub-tracks of master data using Excel and SAP
  • Manage documentation of changes, including new features, test cases, and testing progress
  • Assist with project testing and migration activities
  • Cooperate with the project team to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements:
  • Currently studying Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of SAP, preferably in one master data domain
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent German and English language skills
