Product Management Assistant - Offer and Pricing

Join IONITY's dynamic team as a Product Management Assistant, supporting the Product Management team in the field of offer and pricing.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Product Management team in creating and maintaining competitive overview dashboards to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain monthly competitive update reports to provide insights to first-line management, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • Design and implement dashboards to monitor the performance of our current B2B and B2C offerings, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to identify marketing opportunities and propose new offers and features, driving business growth.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and decision-making documents to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Your Profile
  • Currently studying towards a university degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong affinity for the electric vehicle (EV) industry and its evolution, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured working style, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Fluent English language skills, with German language skills a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and an independent work style, with the ability to work autonomously and make decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel, with experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven, with a flexible and can-do attitude, and a strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
  • Previous working experience via internships is highly valued and considered a strong asset.
