Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator (m/w/d) to join our team at Best GmbH Personnel Service. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining SMD assembly machines, ensuring high-quality production and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:- Material commissioning and pre-assembly of feeders
- Operating and monitoring SMD assembly machines (SAMSUNG) and solder paste printers (EKRA)
- Producing orders and monitoring the entire SMD assembly process (solder paste printing, SMD assembly, reflow soldering)
- Quality control and documentation of production results
- Continuous maintenance and troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of PCB assembly, preferably in the SMD process
- Experience in machine-based SMD assembly is desirable
- Knowledge of electronic components is required
- Strong technical understanding in the field of electrical engineering/electronics
- Teamwork, flexibility, and a reliable, quality-conscious work attitude
