Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor the automated and semi-automated filling stations for bags and FIBCs, as well as the conveyor belts and palletizing systems.
• Resolve technical issues.
• Document deviations in the electronic shift book and other IT systems.
• Transport palletized goods using a forklift to free storage areas or for storage in high-bay warehouses.
• Operate the company's cranes.
• Perform cleaning tasks in the facility.
• Continuously improve production processes (KVP) and participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

Requirements

• Completed training in a technical apprenticeship, such as machine operator or production specialist in chemistry.
• Several years of experience in the mentioned field.
• Valid forklift and crane operator's license.
• Good computer skills.
• High level of reliability, result orientation, and teamwork.
