About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Adecco Personaldienstleistungen GmbH. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines and equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain FIBC filling machines, including setting up and adjusting machine parameters
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, working with maintenance personnel as needed
  • Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery
  • Transport filled bags to storage or other areas using a forklift or pallet jack
  • Label and package filled bags for shipping
  • Monitor and control production processes using the factory's production management system
  • Perform quality control checks on products
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
  • Completed training as a Machine Operator or equivalent technical training
  • Experience with industrial machinery and equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with production management software
