Job Title: Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Manager to join our team at ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS. As a Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our large software development and software integration programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and improve risk management processes to identify, assess, and manage risks in our software development and software integration programmes.
  • Continuously identify and assess risks in close collaboration with various stakeholders, analysing potential risks and developing measures to minimise them.
  • Create and validate regular and ad hoc reports for the relevant committees, ensuring that these reports are valid and meaningful.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions on risk management to promote employee awareness and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of proven practical and operational experience in the management of complex large-scale projects or project portfolios in software development and software integration.
  • Sound knowledge in the identification, assessment, and management of risks.
  • Experience in creating risk reports and training documents.
  • Ideal knowledge of frameworks such as COBIT or similar.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident demeanour at internal or external decision-maker level.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
