Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our team at ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our large software development and software integration programmes.

About the Role:

  • Design and Implementation of Risk Management Processes: You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective risk management processes to identify, assess, and manage risks in our software development and software integration programmes.
  • Continuous Risk Identification and Assessment: You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify and assess risks, analyze potential risks, and develop measures to minimize risks.
  • Reporting and Training: You will prepare regular and ad-hoc risk reports for relevant committees and create training materials to promote employee awareness and knowledge of risk management.

Requirements:

  • You have a degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of experience in managing complex large-scale projects or project portfolios in software development and software integration.
  • You have sound knowledge in risk identification, assessment, and management.
  • You have experience in creating risk reports and training documents.
  • Knowledge of frameworks such as COBIT or similar is an asset.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You have a confident demeanor at internal or external decision-maker level.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
