Data Science Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Team Lead to join our Marketing Analytics Engineering team at Vinted. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a talented team of analytics engineers and ensuring the accuracy of reporting and efficiency of the Marketing data model.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of analytics engineers to deliver high-quality data solutions
- Develop and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal use of data infrastructure
- Steer and guide the migration of the Marketing data model to Google Cloud Platform
- Ensure data needs are met for external and internal stakeholders
We are looking for a highly organized and collaborative individual with outstanding business acumen, analytical skills, and long-term planning skills. You should have experience in managing large and long-term data projects, as well as a solid understanding of SQL and experience with dashboarding tools. Familiarity with data modelling frameworks and cloud data warehouses is a plus.
What We Offer- A competitive salary range of €69,000 - €85,000 gross per year
- A yearly individual learning budget of 10% of your annual salary
