Job Title: Senior Data Scientist - Customer Domain

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to lead the development of data science components in our Customer Data Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop machine learning capabilities to identify and deduplicate customers across multiple accounts
* Create cutting-edge behavioral ML models for customer-related use cases
* Optimize and measure the budget and effectiveness of marketing campaigns
* Use generative AI to create and enhance images and descriptions for food and grocery items
* Own the Data Science function for the Customer domain

Requirements:

* 7+ years in data science with a proven track record of building and deploying ML models at scale
* Full lifecycle expertise in data science product lifecycle
* Technical proficiency in data engineering, including data ingestion, processing, and management
* Experience in production-scale solutions and MLOps practices
* Strong skills in decision-making and collaboration with stakeholders and senior leadership
* Ability to mentor and guide junior data scientists

Nice to Have:

* Experience in marketing science and generative AI techniques
