Data Science Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Team Lead to join our Marketing Analytics Engineering team at Vinted. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a talented team of analytics engineers and ensuring the accuracy of reporting and efficiency of the Marketing data model.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of analytics engineers to deliver high-quality data solutions
- Develop and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data needs are met for stakeholders
- Lead data migration to Google Cloud Platform and ensure seamless integration with existing systems
- Own marketing data pipelines and ensure compatibility and accuracy
- Scale data stack efficiently to meet growing business needs
- Raise data quality standards by introducing best analytics engineering practices
- Co-create effectively with peer leaders and engineers to ensure robust data pipelines
- Drive data governance and quality frameworks to ensure data integrity
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with a proven track record in managing large data projects. You should have outstanding business acumen, analytical skills, and long-term planning skills. You should be well-organized, collaborative, and have a strong sense of ownership. You should also have exceptional understanding of SQL, experience with dashboarding tools, and solid knowledge of statistical programming languages.
