About the Research Position
We are seeking a highly qualified Postdoctoral Researcher in Productivity Dynamics and Economic Growth to join our team at the Leibniz-Institut für Wirtschaftsforschung Halle (IWH). As a researcher in our Competitiveness Research Network (CompNet), you will be part of a dynamic and interdisciplinary team focused on analyzing firm and market performance in Europe.
About the Research Project
The successful candidate will contribute to the development of a productivity hub at IWH, building on international networks and collaborations. Your research will focus on microeconomic productivity research using the latest theoretical and/or quantitative methods, with a focus on resource allocation on labor and capital markets and the micro foundations of growth.
About the Team
You will work closely with our research group led by Professor Javier Miranda, Professor Ufuk Akcigit, and Professor Eric Bartelsman, and collaborate with national productivity boards and high-profile policy institutions across Europe.
