About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our Field Marketing Team at SAP. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the organization of events, implementing webcasts, and promoting our events and webcasts on internal and external communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the organization of events and be responsible for small event projects
  • Assist in the implementation of webcasts
  • Promote the events we sponsor and the webcasts we organize on internal and external communication channels
  • Develop and execute online and offline campaigns in the MEE region
  • Prepare social media activities
  • Handle communication with SAP Signavio's clients and partners, including appointment coordination
  • Organize and support the production of advertising material
  • Regular activity monitoring meetings with sales teams and Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
  • Find lead generating activities, marketing agencies with whom you can initiate ABM campaigns
  • Organize omnichannel marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or similar
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Strong project coordination skills
  • Open-minded person and able to work closely with an international team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in dealing with customers, partners or suppliers
  • Ideally, experience in the B2B environment
  • Experience in using HubSpot is advantageous
  • Language skills: Fluent in German and English
