Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Company: Redi-Group

Job Description:

  • Responsible for handling and tracking customer complaints
  • Act as the interface for complaints (external, internal, and suppliers)
  • Organize and conduct inventory inspections and document failure rates
  • Lead and conduct root cause analysis with relevant departments
  • Prepare and review corrective measures from suppliers
  • Organize and conduct internal audits, monitor implementation of quality measures
  • Required Profile:
    • Completed technical education
    • Experience in complaint management, preferably in the automotive sector
    • Proficient in MS Office, good German and English language skills
    • Knowledge of quality management tools such as 8D Report, 5-Why, Ishikawa, PDCA
    • Knowledge of ISO 9001 is beneficial
    • Strong social skills and team spirit
    • Strong communication skills
    • Experience in projects and willingness to travel
