Job Description:

Perrigo Company plc, a leading global healthcare company, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes, and contributing to the company's vision of making lives better by bringing quality, affordable, self-care products that consumers trust everywhere they are sold.

Responsibilities:

• Support the maintenance of the Quality Management System DACH under GxP requirements
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance Project Managers to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines
• Support the investigation and resolution of quality complaints for the Perrigo product portfolio in the DACH region
• Support the collection and documentation of reported complaints
• Review and forward defective products to suppliers/manufacturers
• Communicate specific customer requirements to suppliers/manufacturers
• Support the planning, execution, and review of PQRs (Product Quality Reviews), OGS (Ongoing Stabilities), and other quality metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a natural science or engineering field
• Alternatively, completed or near-completed natural science or technical training
• Strong affinity for quality and quality standards
• Knowledge of EN ISO 9001, GMP, and GDP guidelines is an asset
• Interest in scientific questions and a preference for process-oriented work to ensure quality standards

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an asset
