Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Communications Specialist to join our Public Relations department at HENSOLDT AG. The ideal candidate will have experience in capital and financial market communications, preferably in a listed company or communications consulting for listed companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and create communication for quarterly and annual reporting of HENSOLDT AG, including press releases, internal communication, social media, and quote cards for the Management Board.
  • Support communication of business successes and investments, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with project teams for the Annual General Meeting and Capital Markets Day, contributing to concept development, storyline, content, and texts for scripts, speeches, and presentations.
  • Manage the online annual report, including text contributions from the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, CEO, and CFO, as well as preparation of the annual review and coordination with the finance department and sustainability team.
  • Provide communication support for transformation projects in the finance area, such as ERP transformation OneSAPNow, HENSOLDT GO, and Finance Vision.
  • Develop and implement a communication plan for the CFO, including social media, event appearances, podcasts, and writing speeches and speaking notes for internal and external events.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in communication, business administration, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of experience in capital and financial market communications, preferably in a listed company or communications consulting for listed companies.
  • Journalistic experience in business reporting is advantageous.
  • Affinity for digital media, including video and photo.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English.
