Job Title: Blade Service Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Blade Service Engineer to join our team at Nordex Group. As a Blade Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for blade-related topics
  • Provide technical support for internal and external customers, including claim negotiations and RCA reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Represent Nordex Group in meetings with customers and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in blade design and manufacturing

Requirements:

  • University background in engineering with a Master's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in composites, preferably in the wind industry
  • Knowledge of blade design and manufacturing
  • Experience in managing customers and conducting RCA
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
