Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing after-sales technical support for all EcoFlow product series. You will work closely with our key accounts and sales channels to ensure technical problems are appropriately solved.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for EcoFlow products
- Maintain good relationships with key accounts and sales channels
- Collaborate with internal resources to solve technical problems
- Record EcoFlow product solution decks and technical materials
- Provide product demonstration, training, and technical answers
- Stay tuned for industry trends and collect product feedback
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a technical service engineer
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Electrical engineering degree preferred
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and Visio
- Self-driven, prudent, and patient
