About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, technicians, and contractors.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and quality.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on project management.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
